Pierce Brosnan (Julian Noble), a hired assassin, is an extremely sexual, drunk, stealthy womanizer with the emotional capacity of an 8-year-old. Combined with Greg Kinnear's (Danny Wright) up-tight, timorous American businessman, the two are a perfect blend of terse and surreal humor. Wright meets Noble in a Mexican hotel bar. Noble disrupts Wright's sense of normalcy by casually talking about sex, drinking, and his job: killing people. Noble is so strange that Wright is curious and attracted to Noble's life and that same bizarre infatuation keeps the audience waiting to see what Noble will do or say next.
