Grapefruit gets such a bad rap. I love grapefruit. Every time I say that, I get a weird look…kind of like the one I get every time I say that I don't like pizza-like that's weird or something? Anyway, the grapefruit is a lovely citrus, full of juice and just the right amount of tangy-ness. Just give me a half-pink-skinned ruby red and I'll love you forever -my eight-year-old cousin once did this. Needless to say, it was the best Christmas present ever! Another time, my mom bought me 30 grapefruits and four pomelos…I devoured them in two weeks.
