What feels good is good for you as well. Yes, that's right, sexual intercourse has been proven to be a healthy cardiovascular workout with many benefits.

Running 15 minutes on a treadmill does indeed burn around 200 calories but can be far less pleasing when substituting sex as the aerobic workout.

Intercourse, according to the desired positions, summons larger muscle groups in the body to work harder.

Muscle groups including the back, legs, abdomens, oblique, and shoulders all endure a strenuous workout during sex.

Thanks to the hermogenic feels from aerobics of sex produce, men and women also experience cleaner skin complexity due to profuse sweating.

Forget about bogus aerobic exercises! Intercourse can increase blood circulation, which give people less chance of heart disease and more of a chance for better physique.

Also, by providing the body with an amazing boost of key immune cells that fight colds or other infections, sex has prove to make lives healthier.

Also, released "arousal" hormones help fight against anxiety. Research has proven that frequent orgasms derail depression.

Sexual intercourse is indeed a healthy activity, but it also has its cons.

Promiscuous and premarital sex undoubtedly has greater chances of contracting sexually transmitted diseases, which can lead to an interminable death. It can also lead to unwanted pregnancy.

Although sex does have its health benefits, it should not become the new excuse to avoid the gym.

Sexual intercourse is an activity that can always be practiced throughout life, but regular exercise should be cherished during your current energetic, diligent, and young adulthood.
