I didn't always like meatballs. For years, my spaghetti was a lonely pile of noodles-no tender, juicy chunks of meat enriched my pasta. But I've realized that meatballs have added a new dimension of flavor to my palette. What would I do without meatballs in my pasta, or mankind's supreme innovation, the meatball sandwich? The other day, my mom told me that she removed some meatballs from a meal because she thought there were too many. I thought this was crazy. Removing meatballs? I say, bring them on-even if I have no idea exactly what's inside a meatball.
