Prior experience(s): 30 years at UC Berkeley Police Department, retiring as a Police Sergeant.
What it means to be an integral part of PS: I am happy to provide service to the Campus Community and keep Saint Mary's a safe environment for learning. I feel I am a vital member of the staff and faculty that provides a learning experience, just not in the classroom, but also learning the lessons of how best to live on your own in our society.
Favorite thing(s) about SMC: The friendship and kindness of fellow staff.
Interests/Hobbies: I have a collection of police trading cards.
Additional facts: I have a BA in computer science from UC Berkeley, and a Masters Degree in Administration of Justice. I served my country in the US Army, including service in Vietnam.
